It's a good time to tell you all that I'm a big movie buff SURPRISE 😁😁 so I feel like it's my duty to tell fellow movie buffs about the behind the scenes documentry of RRR one of the greatest indian movie ever made (yes I will stand by this claim till I die)
This documentary showed the immense work that went into making a film as huge as RRR. Not only that, obviously every movie ever made required a lot of work but what sets RRR apart is the passion and love that SS Rajamouli had for cinema. I have been following him since Vikramarkudu which made me change my views about Ravi Teja cause MY GOD CAN THE GUY ACT...he lived the role of Vikram Rathore. And that's what Rajamouli does... he gets the absolute best out of an actor.
Before RRR, I was never a fan of charan. I have watched a few of his movies and found nothing special but RRR completely changed my opinion. He played the character of Ram so so well. The conviction with which he made the audience believe that even though his actions were "wrong" he is not the wrong man.
And the whole sequence of his introduction 😘😘😘😘 chef's kiss. It was so perfect.
A HUGE APPLAUSE for Senthil for the excellent camerawork and Sabu sir for the production. I understand why Rajamouli keeps these two with him.
Coming to NTR. I did like him even before RRR but after watching this movie AND the behind the scenes preparation, specially for Komuram Bheemudo song HATS OFF to you Tarak.
There are a lot of things I want to say about this movie but maybe I'll try to summarize it with these few sentences.
SSR is a director who doesn't make movies just for the sake of it. every story, every scene, every shot has a vision behind it.... nothing is JUST THERE. He knows how to create magic on screen and he does it everytime he dons the directors hat.
