Sorry I don't have a cure for you, but I can at least provide solidarity in that my thyroid flip-flops too. It goes from too low to too high to sometimes kind of normal? No one has ever been able to explain it for me, other than maaaaybe some connection to seasonality (I always seem to start cycles around October and April?) So I get frequent blood tests to try and keep as even as I can. Anyway stay strong - endocrine shit is the absolute worst and the symptoms make you feel crazy. SO MANY.
That’s so weird, my cycles always start in October too! I mean, it skipped a year, but both times it happened it happened in October. And gosh yes, soooo many symptoms is the worst. Hang in there yourself, and thank you for the love and support! <3
Have you heard of PGAS? [Polyglandular autoimmune syndrome]. It involves multiple comorbid autoimmune problems sometimes involving the thyroid. You mentioned you had more than one illness and it made me think of it. Maybe linking with PGAS communities could help you on your search? PS, hope you're well this christmas~
I’ve never heard of it, but I’ve done a bit of research and that doesn’t sound like me :/. Luckily, the only endocrine issue I have is RSAT. My other conditions are Neurocardiogenic Syncope (form of POTs), Fibromyalgia, Primary Raynaud’s Syndrome, Celiac Disease, and Keratoglobus. I’m actually awaiting genetic results for EDS - they think I might have the cardiac type, so I’ll know a bit more in a week or so hopefully. And thank you so much love, you too! <3
