A sharp screech reverberates through the temple of profecies, breaking the concentration of the followers and its god
Just as a small blaze, Perseu's eyes lighten up for a moment, before reverting to its empty hues, the faint sound of hooves frantically prancing upstairs bring a smile to his face, as no other than his dove would dare to be so loud and yet so silent on his temple.
It doesnt take long to find the source of the noise, as soon as he opens the wooden door to his library...
Another crash followed by a beautiful 'puff' of purple rolling around in its own veils.
Distress
The emotions of the murderer of gods may be as rigid as a machine to the world but are as clear as morning dew to Perseu, as so, it is unusual for such graceful god to lose his balance, let alone to deliberately clip its own wings to roam the floor like a lost lamb.
Aster doesnt acknowledge his presence as he would preffer, choosing instead to continue his incessant pursuit for the unknown.
Perseu slides his own f8ngers through his long raven hair, his eyes soften watching the little one, knowing that if left unchecked, the despair would soon eat the other from inside out.
His wings that craddled his own body like long delicated robes unfolded from his body, moving to gently craddle the smaller god, pulling him closer to his embrace.
"what are you looking for, my sweet?" The pale god coos, his gaze looking for any truths in the robotic being eyes that could predict his feelings
"I lost my ball" Aster blurts in distress. Perseu almost snorts at the rare show of bluntness, as the murderer of gods is not known for such honesty
A luxury that is only his to have... but it does has its downsides.....
Don't be like that, I have two just for your pretty little hands~
Ah how it boils his insides
"I...will help you look for it" the pale god clear his throat
Not today, he thinks
On the following hour he watches the smaller god causing a ruckuss looking for the so called toy to no avail, he doesnt recall seeing Aster prancing around with a ball around, but its no use questioning his distressed lover when despair sinks in, pehaps a little break is in order
After some - a lot - of convincing, he manages to get his Asteria to rest on his side. His long fingers gently scratch the skin of the young cyborg's back, trying to soothe his nerves.
The soft purrs of his lover suddently stop followed of a small squeak, perseu's vacant eyes follow every single movement attentively, that until...
"Found it!" Aster's voice brims with relief and sweetness as he pulls a small trinket that was peeking from under a mirror.... the very own mirror he possibly came from.
Perseu's mouth open and close in another inner turmoil, it would be easy to bully his lover for being a featherbrain not noticing the trinket as soon as he sneaked in, scold for making a mess on the temple or even congratulate him for finally finding what he lost.
Instead, his gaze scrutinize the trinket on the happy god's jointed hands
".......Thats not even a ball"
