Our menu selection will be limited as our supplier (the library) does not have what is required to make many of our signature dishes (the manga)
We do have our 44 more popular dishes (the anime) available and will be developing the menu (spreadsheet for polls) shortly
Should you procure supplies for our other signature dishes (the manga) let us know (ask) and we will confirm with the master if they can be provided once the restaurant is open.
