Are you ready for 17.2? Jax sure is!!! #Repost @shawn_theram ・・・ 17.1 Open CF Kid Killed it! UNBELIEVABLE! I picked up my 8 y/o from school today. I was explaining the added Day to submit for @crossfitgames Open, and Jax said "Dad, does that mean I can still do the Open Workout?" I seriously LOL and he was NOT laughing. He then says "I got this Dad, I'm coming after you!" So still in his school clothes, dress shoes, belt and all, he takes his polo shirt off and says "Let's Do It". To my surprise (not really), this Kid went UB & switched hands mid-air!!! He had a 5# DB and a 20" Box(shortest we had). He smashed it with a staggering time of 12:04! I have the video, submitting it now ;-).
