Okay this is a little old now but like. I've been thinking of it again. Repo (the movie) had such missed potential I think... like they should've added SO MUCH body horror esc surguries to the movie to rlly drive in the point- I think this so much that a while back I made an oc directly based off this idea!
her name is Viktor (like the scientist in Frankenstein), and she's someone who got dragged into liking GeneCo by the Largo sibling's advertising, and now works for GeneCo and specializes in the more intense anatomical surgeries such as the ones she has!
I feel like showing the more like.. anatomically impossible and insane surgeries people would make everything feel a bit more terrifying too!!...... and would explain why everyone does not freak out at Pavi as much as they should with his face swapping

he runs a cemetery that works hand in hand w GeneCo (parent was a family friend of rotti). he’s pretty nihilistic about everything and doesn’t find much reason for life, not a big fan of geneco either
one time during his night shifts tidying the graves he stumbled into Graverobber and he just decided to help him out. occasionally following him to the alleyways where graverobber deals out zydrate and what not
he thinks the world is damned so who cares what he does!
i like to think after shilo meets graverobber out and about they take a momentary detour to the Blackwood’s Graveyard for graverobber to pick up somthing. Kieran scolds him for showing up so abruptly and even more for bringing in a teenager into whatever thing he’s doing
at some point in repo fashion he and graverobber sing a duet where shilo acts as occasional backing vocals. imagine it like zydrate anatomy where she asks questions every once in a while?? ish
the song being about the state of the world, more nihilistic themes (thanks to kieran) where graverobber mentions temporary pleasures, and so on i lowkey highkey forgot where i put my notes

And now watch, as I attempt to capture the true majesty of my oc, Lazarus!
Lazarus prides himself on being jovial and kind, the exact opposite of how people treat him. He’s seen some of the worst in people, and he doesn’t want anyone else to suffer that any more than they have to. He’s very compassionate and empathetic, to the point where even the smallest of tragedies will make him cry (once someone stole his hat and he cried for three days straight. this is our hero everyone)
Lazarus has horrible anxiety, which makes it hard for him to actually make money. His main source of money? Zydrate dealing, though he’s far from proud of what he does. He operates on the exact opposite edge of town from Graverobber (the graverobber, who he is very afraid of), where not many addicts choose to live. He only has a small pool of customers, but he has a strong connection to all of them, and considers them his friends. Only dealing with the people he knows certainly helps him feel less nervous, but he’s still notorious for being the only Zydrate dealer with a nervous stutter.
He doesn’t have many worldly possessions to his name (even the house he lives in doesn’t belong to him), but he doesn’t concern himself with getting material objects. He only wants enough money to be able to buy food, and maybe some new clothes if budget allows. Luckily, deep within the closets of the abandoned house he lives in, there were still some clothes left over. Although they were mostly dresses, Lazarus still loved the look and the feel of them. He wears them often, mostly inside the confines of his home since anxiety is quite a powerful thing. He learned to apply makeup with an expert hand from his customers (the ones that bought zydrate from him), and he always thought he looked nicer with winged eyeliner on.
Lazarus is very happy with his life, routine and predictable. Until, of course, he gets dragged into a whirlwind of chaos by his new friend. As it always goes in stories like this.
