I find that most botanically dyed hues compliment each other wonderfully. The more colors you bring into a project, the more you see each ones beauty. I am making a scarf and testing possible tassel and loops for the corners. The magenta scarf was dyed with avocado pits and peals, then madderroot powder was added, cooked for 1 hour, then left to cool overnight. (Scoured, mordanted, repurposed cotton). The other color samples left to right are a iron mordanted marigold, eucalyptus, eucalyptus + iron, avocado, indigo.
