      नई दिल्ली। सूचना का अधिकार (आरटीआई) के लिए आनलाइन पोर्टल उपलब्ध कराने की मांग करने वाली एक याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकारों को नोटिस जारी किया है। जस्टिस एनवी रमना की अध्यक्षता वाली बेंच ने नोटिस जारी किया है।
