MH stories 3 feels incomplete.

In the previous game we were able to bench Ratha and we got the ability to freely fly around at the end of the game. And the fact that we never went to Vermeil is so strange. And a bunch of fan favorite monsties were taken out is also so strange, like nergigante, bazelgeuse, rajang, kirin and kushala (i guess).

Unless... they're gonna use those monsters to hype us up for a DLC. Where we also get the ability to fly and bench Ratha. And the only reason they ended Stories 3 as they did was because of the upcoming Rudy side story and to add a Hard mode for the final fight.

Although, if something like that was in the works, it feels like we should have at least heard about it by now. It would make sense to drop a Stories 3 DLC while people wait for the Wilds expansion.

And now they have teased us with nergigante... Like, it makes too much sense that there are something more in the works. To tie up all these loose ends and make Stories 3 the best game in thet series.

After years of creative burnout and demoralization, I've felt like it might be possible for me to return to art recently. I've like, seriously considered it. But still taking it slow.

But that also comes with having to face the reality that there is no site on the internet that I feel excited about posting on and trying to build up, there's no place to call home.

DeviantArt supports the exploitation of artists, Instagram is a full-time job, I don't like the reblog system on Tumblr, and Twitter is... Twitter. And every other alternative site is kind of dead.

I love my OC blog, but that's only for one branch of my art. I wish there was a good site with a gallery feature, siiiigh.

I'm a bit disappointed with MH stories 3 👁️_👁️

Because they took out a lot of cool monsties, which I've felt for quite some time. And now they're giving us a Nergigante fight, but it won't become a monstie..? That's some salt in the wound.

It's such a good game otherwise though.

The first breakfast!

The first night with Mitzi went very well! She slept on top of the cat tower all night. I woke up briefly 4:30, and so I checked on her and we played a little. Afterwards she jumped up the tower again and we both went back to sleep and slept until 9:00.

I'm so excited for the Guild Wars thing on Friday...

People are speculating it's Guild Wars 3, of course. But that it's also set in the past, since the architecture in the teaser looks like Orr, but before it sunk to the bottom of the ocean. But... didn't Trahearne heal Orr, or something..??

Like, isn't it canon that Orr is healing? The only reason we don't see visual evidence of that is because the maps are frozen in time. They can't go back and change them, obviously.

Going back into Tyria's past does not sound interesting to me, and it would limit them creatively somewhat. Like, we know what happends in the future if that's the case, that's not fun. Also, Sylvari wouldn't exist yet!

I think the teaser shows Orr, but way in the future, when it's healed! Thanks to Trahearne. That sounds so much more fun and interesting, to see how the world has changed after our adventures in Guild Wars 2's Tyria.
