i hope they just go through all the pokemon games linearly. though idk how well that’d work with like. black/white and x/y what with the touchscreen and all
i dont really remember anything between d/p/p and x/y; bw and bw2 just kinda like. eh never really caught my attention, and i didnt want to force myself to finish them and end up souring on pokemon
that said im like 85% sure every touch screen function had a key associated with it? like x moved your cursor to the bottom screen and you could navigate it like a menu

you can call them and ask to have it changed. you just need to know all the info on the account - i managed to get mine changed because i had a really nice person on the other end who went and talked to their supervisor on my behalf
