Wincoma writing and rehearsing
To celebrate Valentine's Day,which is a horrible holiday, we journeyed to Wincoma, NY for the past week. What is more romantic than four guys writing and rehearsing new music? This is the second year in a row in which we planned an unrelated Valentine's Day exodus from Brooklyn (last year, GE went to Lake Ariel Pennsylvania to record our first album).
Progress was made, and we are very excited about what ensued (minus some of the white chocolate chip waffle experiments...make sure to give some of these to Russ next time you see him). We came away from our time in Wincoma with seven completed songs and are planning to record an EP this spring. We will be recording one of these songs at Converse's Rubber Tracks studio in Williamsburg on Wednesday.
