Glass Elephant Album release show at Rockwood II

Album Release

Today marks the release of our debut album "Atlantic".  We are really looking forward to playing at one of our favorite venues tonight, Rockwood II in the LES of Manhattan.  The album is available on Itunes and for streaming on Spotify, and will also be available for digital download on our website www.glasselephant.bandcamp.com.  

This is an album that is a year and half in the making and we are all very proud of the final product.  We hope you can listen to the album and if your in NYC, come check out our Rockwood show at 9 PM.

Wincoma writing and rehearsing

  To celebrate Valentine's Day,which is a horrible holiday, we journeyed to Wincoma, NY for the past week.  What is more romantic than four guys writing and rehearsing new music?  This is the second year in a row in which we planned an unrelated Valentine's Day exodus from Brooklyn (last year, GE went to Lake Ariel Pennsylvania to record our first album).    

        Progress was made, and we are very excited about what ensued (minus some of the white chocolate chip waffle experiments...make sure to give some of these to Russ next time you see him).  We came away from our time in Wincoma with seven completed songs and are planning to record an EP this spring.  We will be recording one of these songs at Converse's Rubber Tracks studio in Williamsburg on Wednesday.

Make sure to check out our set at Cameo Gallery on March 14th, where we play at 11.
