I’m just going to go ahead and use this as an excuse to talk about Sol again. Instead of facts, though, this time let’s go with some quotes! As in, things he’s actually said. In no particular order, some of my favorites:1. “He’s not evil. I went out to ramen with him once.”2. “All cats are, objectively, adorable.”3. “I personally view ‘tasting bad’ as ‘inedible’, but that might just be because I sell food.”4. “Psychology doesn’t involve eating people. …Usually.”5. “I spent money on that coffee for him. “🖊“ for the oc thing

Continuing the Pokemon OC introductions, here’s #2! I don’t have an anime picture of her, so I hope this Dreamselfy picture is enough! This is Stella White!

I’ve got a couple different versions of her, actually, but for now I’m going to go with the one I created her to be: she was originally made because I wanted to write something that kinda-sorta followed the Pokemon Black and White plot, starring a sort of antithesis to N. Someone with similar abilities, but opposite life experiences. She’s very sweet and positive, and loves and trusts both Pokemon and people will all her heart, because she’s never been given a reason not to. As a result of that, though, she’s naive and easily deceived, and struggles to understand other points of view at times.

She’s kind of forgetful and a bit naive, but she’s very sweet and always ready to try new things and make new friends.

While she’s a trainer, she’s not necessarily a battler. If her Pokemon want to fight, she doesn’t mind, and she thinks it’s fun. But she prefers doing other things most of the time. The concept of Pokemon Contests is probably the one she likes most, but they’re all great!

I’m going to take this opportunity to introduce one of my Pokemon characters (of which there are many, but maybe 4 main ones), Zoey Kalani. Hilariously enough, there’s a background character in the anime that looks almost exactly like her:

(She’s the one with the MS Paint sunglasses. Mostly, they look cool, but they hide a scar over her left eye.)A 16-year-old Ghost-type trainer and musician with a tragic backstory, she was born and raised in Alola’s Hau’oli City. She’s trying to move forward and put her past behind her, even when she’s not sure how: half the time she feels like a ghost, because she’s spent her entire life trying to be whatever other people want her to, and she feels like she lost herself somewhere along the way. Despite her uncertainty when it comes to herself, she’s the first to speak or act if she sees someone being treated unfairly or just needing help, because she knows what it’s like.

That’s my son (☀ sun?) right there. I love him so much. I should do things with him again, probably. He’s only dead on the outside, I promise.Some random facts about Sol:1. He loves cheesy pickup lines and bad jokes. Almost as much as the looks they get in response (but not quite).2. He likes to pretend he has a strong moral compass, but in all honesty at this point it’s pretty much just pretending. That said, he does try and be a good person, he’s just got a really skewed perception of what a good moral compass looks like.3. He kind of wants to travel, but considers it just an idle dream at the moment. Besides, he likes it at home most of the time.4. He has finally learned how to make coffee, somehow. But he still prefers to get it from a cafe owned by someone else. (Making something and making it good are two different things.)
