Dog update:

It has been HOT recently so she’s been a bit uncomfortable and panting a lot but other than that’s she’s good!

There isn’t much tbh but I’m sure you guys probably missed her so here are some photos:

This is Rubeus!

He's my dog. We got him from Ruff Love Rescue in North Carolina January 22nd of 2018, when he was two and a half years old.

We're not sure what breed/s he is, though we think there's either Doberman or German pinscher in there somewhere, and I'd like to do an embark on him at some point.

Ruby's my first dog as an adult. His favorite things include chewing on his blanket, chasing our younger cat Boris (no worries, Boris enjoys this game too!), and being chased by me and my partner. He also enjoys sleeping in our bed and and pretending to be a lap dog.

He's very much a homebody, and prefers to hang out with a few well known doggy friends rather than visit public parks where he has to interact with lots of strangers. He and I are very similar in that regard lol.

Currently he and I are working on his leash manners and building up his confidence. He came to us with separation anxiety and a combination of training and medication have really helped him feel more comfortable on his own. It's still a work in progress, but I feel good about that progress. :)

I love this boy. He's a sweet, loveable goof of a dog. I wouldn't have it any other way. <3

i need updates on ruby dooby doo

Ruby dooby doo is a good doggo. She has been sleeping for at least 25 hours a day.

We also bought her boots for the cold weather which she will probably fall on her face in (forget she has legs).

I have no good photos of her because I only ever take photos of her when she is being silly (which is most of the time).

For Christmas she it getting a huge caterpillar toy (she loves my blahaj) and a pheasant (or some other chickeny thing) toy.

We get our shopping on a Saturday so there is never any food on Fridays. But I’m home from school (alone) today.

My lunch. There was no bread and the ham was gone off.

Cheese tax was given to Miss Doobs.

Yes, very cute indeed.

I haven’t seen her so far today (it is 06:55am) but I have heard her whining so I’ll guess she’s having a loud day today.

From these asks I have discovered that I need to take more normal photos of her.
