#ruby kit kat

Found that famous Ruby Kit Kat - a pink kitkat made of ruby cocoa beans. Considerably expensive but nice pink tones, indeed. Feels quite lighter than dark/white chocolate, if I had to describe it I would say pink chocolate is somewhere in between these two? 

(If I have the chance to buy a ruby chocolate bar someday, I'll see if I can cook something fun with that!)
