10/2-4/2015- RuffleCon
Story Time:
On the second day of RuffleCon, the Triple Fortune designers, Babi (blonde hair) and Kaie (black hair), performed as their Brilliant Kingdom act (RuffleCon had them down for a concert, but I don’t remember there being any singing, lol. Although, there was nothing but screaming girls in the audience for the entire thirty minutes of the performance, so I might have missed it). During the performance, Babi performed with the same red rose I have in the pictures above. The reason why I have it is because Babi threw it into the crowd and I ended up catching it! It pays to be a tall Lolita!
After the performance, it was getting pretty late, so I went upstairs to change into my pajamas (hence the Hello Kitty onesies), thinking everyone else, including the Triple Fortune designers, would do the same. But after changing, one of my friends came into my room screaming about how excited she was. I asked what happen and she said that Babi and Kaie was down stairs taking pictures with everyone and she got to have a mini photo shoot with them! Apparently, most of the people from the performance waited for the two to come out, and instead of them just going back to their rooms, they obliged everyone who waited for them!
I mulled over whether or not I should change back into my day clothes, but said, “Fuck it” and ran back down stairs with my friend. At first I just stood there looking at the two take pictures with everyone else, not nothing how to get their attention. Luckily, Babi turned around and saw me standing there holding the rose and shouted, “YOU CAUGHT ROSE??!!” I nodded and gestured if she could sign it. She signed it and then waved Kaie to come over and do the same (I’m in love withe Kaie. No, seriously. I’m in love with a 30/40 something year old Japanese woman). After Kaie signed it, Babi took the rose back and kissed it. Then she wrapped her arm around Kaie and brought the rose up to her lips so she could kiss it, too!!! *swoon*
By this time, I was blushing and wanted to leave so I wouldn’t embarrass myself, but they insisted I take pictures with them and the rose!
Things to take away from this post:
I really love Hello Kitty.
The Triple Fortune designers are the most gracious people ever.
I want to marry Kaie and become her devoting wife.
