-I started shipping it... back in early January I think? I had just gotten caught up in HS and decided to rp as Kankri because I was figuring out how to ship the dancestors and the first person I ran into was a Rufioh. Anyways the rp was super cute and so im like "i wonder if there's any fanart for this ship" and then i found some and im like "OMG... i REALLY like this ship."
-Augh man I have thought about every little thing for the ship. like I have just analyzed every little characteristic for both character's. I just really hope that they get a canon conversation soon
-They make me happy because they balance each other out really well. Like, Rufioh is optimistic and laid-back, but he's a pushover and unconfident. Kankri has no problem speaking out against stuff he doesn't like, but he's uptight and prideful.
-This ship is sad for more reasons than I'm pretty sure anyone else could come up with. First off, unrequited feels from Kankri. Then of course there's the whole thing with Rufioh getting paralyzed and now being in a relationship he doesn't want to be in. Not to mention that Rufioh was tortured by Damara on Beforus, and Kankri (the signless) was tortured on Alternia.
-Things in fanfics/rps that annoy me: any kind of over-sexualization of Rufioh or sexual touching without consent. I already went off on a whole other tangent on why Rufioh is not some sex-crazed male bravado that a lot of people think he is
-What i look for in fanfics/rps: yo if it's in character, I'll roleplay just about anything. as for fanfics, if its well written i'll also read almost anything
-to be honest im not getting my hopes up too high about this ship, but so long as they're on good terms with each other and end up being happy with whomever, its all good with me
-lots of kawaii snugglies yes yes
-cuddling, watching anime, reading, and playing games that kankri sucks at
