      * you are just sitting here, like the good         child you are. there are plenty of toys         in toriel’s home, but they’re not the         kind that you would play with. actually,         you think you might be getting just a         bit too old for this kind of kid stuff.

       * anxiously, you get up from where you’re          sitting on the floor. lately, you’ve been          reading bigger and bigger books, and          maybe toriel will let you read ‘72 uses          for snails’ yourself. you haven’t finished          it yet, after all, and you probably should.

        * after wandering down the hall and finally           finding the queen, you give a gentle tug           on her sleeve, staring up at her. she won’t           be taller than you forever, and you know it.
