Ethan walked through the crowd, observing the people, staying close to Marina. He knew it wasn’t okay to spend his entire shift glue to her side, even if he wanted to be there. To wrap his arms around her, to kiss her, to let everyone see it. But that wasn’t the way to go, not for them, anyway. Instead, he glanced around, spotting a familiar face, merely smiling at them. “Didn’t expect you here.”
