Dear Rumble. I, Mayor Dennison Jadefellow, have decided to invite you to tea, You may decide when you want to visit my office. But the best time would be 9 AM, as the town hall will be nearly full at 11 AM. I don’t expect you to accept. And you can decline the offer by not coming over.
