This morning I ran out of milk part way through making Sunday morning pancakes. I substituted coconut milk and then decided to fully commit with a little @monkeyrum #toastedcoconut #rum and a little #rumbutter flavoring and coconut oil cooking spray. Add a little #clove and a few shakes of #nutmeg and voila the perfect beach cakes. I can't wait to open my #pancake #foodtruck ... anybody want to #invest? I've got a dozen such receipes.
