This Lime Sherbet Mojito Float is a wonderful summer treat that takes the classic mojito and makes it more refreshing and zesty by adding lime sherbet, mint, and rum. On a hot day, it's great for cooling off.
Ingredients: 1 scoop lime sherbet. 1.5 oz white rum. 4-5 fresh mint leaves. 1/2 lime, cut into wedges. 2 tsp sugar. Club soda, to top off. Crushed ice.
Instructions: Put mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar in a glass and crush them together. Crushed ice should be added on top of the mixed drink. Add white rum to the ice. Add a scoop of lime sherbet on top. Put club soda in the glass. Mix slowly by stirring. If you want, you can add a lime wedge and a mint sprig as a garnish. Serve right away with a straw.
