Itching to write another NSFW one-shot that will involve Kaneki's kagune. Pretty sure I've seen one on here before, but I want to write my own version.
Would anyone be interested in that?

Itching to write another NSFW one-shot that will involve Kaneki's kagune. Pretty sure I've seen one on here before, but I want to write my own version.
Would anyone be interested in that?
i love how silly totally killer was. like, goddamn, amelia builds the first time travelling machine ever for a SCIENCE project, and someone who’s gathered some dirt in a box attempts to bully her on the fact it wasn’t good enough. jamie’s mom tries to bully her about being a lesbian and jamie defends gay people and suddenly jamie has a gay brother in the future who is married and has kids. jamie survives not one but two vicious killers and comes back to the much more arguably horrifying reality of her name being colette.
Kaneki's fanbase would be big if the anime did him justice 😭
I’m still mad that White Suit Kaneki never got animated.
We were robbed of this!!!
Uta once told (kuro)Kaneki that he thinks older women would like him more than girls his own age. I would like to know how you think a relationship between Kaneki and an older (maybe 10+ years) reader might look
Honestly, I don't think much would change.
Kaneki has never really been the type to judge people based on age alone. What matters to him is how safe he feels around someone, whether they really understand him, and if they can accept the darker, more complicated parts of who he is. An older partner might actually appeal to him because there's often confidence and emotional stability that comes with experience.
The age gap itself might make Kaneki a little self-conscious at first, wondering if he's good enough for his partner. Having an older, more established partner could amplify those insecurities, leading him to worry that he comes across as immature or inexperienced by comparison. But if the relationship were healthy, that concern would fade as trust grows.
An older partner might be one of the few people capable of calling him out when he's isolating himself or sacrificing too much for others. Rather than comforting him, they'd have the patience and confidence to challenge him when necessary.
if Kaneki were somehow turned back into a human overnight, and Reader had to try reintroducing him to human society after his time as a ghoul, how do you think it would affect their relationship? I feel like his more violent personas like Shiro or Akaneki would struggle with the behavioral dissonance a lot, and Haise might be at risk of losing his job position as his value as a half-ghoul is no longer there
I agree.
Kaneki spent months/years adapting to a life where violence, hypervigilance, and predatory instincts were necessary for survival. Suddenly removing the ghoul side doesn't erase the trauma that created the Shiro persona (Not sure what the Akaneki persona is). In fact, it might make the conflict worse because now he'd have all the memories and instincts of a ghoul trapped in a body that can no longer act on them.
As for Haise, even if he kept his intelligence and leadership skills, he might question whether he still deserves his position when the trait that made him exceptional is gone. That insecurity could hit him hard because he already struggles with identity and self-worth.
Reader's role would be very important throughout all of this because they would help Kaneki learn how to live as a human again. Things that once seemed ordinary—eating human food, going out in public without fear, or settling into everyday routines—would become milestones.
Because of that, their relationship could grow even stronger. Kaneki would no longer be consumed by the constant struggle to survive, allowing him to invest more of himself emotionally in the relationship. Reader would be one of the few people who truly understands both the person he was before and the person he became afterward. That perspective would make them especially capable of helping him reconcile those two sides of himself, rather than forcing him to choose between them.
Look who's here! ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
If the different Kanekis were human, how do you think they’d react to their s/o cooking a meal for them? I doubt he’s been cooked for in a really long time so maybe it’d get his oedipussy tingling.
I would want to make him kabocha, miso and fish stew with rice.
Or, even though he’s a ghoul, his s/o could still try to make something for him using human meat from Anteiku to try and normalize eating human flesh for him by disguising it as other food like meatballs or steak… which of his personas would eat it for them and which would be unable to stomach it? Is the problem knowing what the meat is, or knowing he can only eat an imitation of a human dish?
I put the responses below the cut since it was getting too long. Not sure if they’ll fully meet your expectations, but I hope they’re alright anyway.
What kind of pokemon would kaneki train
Kuro Kaneki
Kirlia is known for being extremely empathetic, able to feel the emotions of others intensely. This aligns well with Kaneki’s emotional sensitivity and compassion.
Espurr’s defining trait is its need to constantly restrain its overwhelming psychic power, as releasing it would be dangerous. This mirrors Kaneki’s repression of his ghoul side and fear of what he might become if he loses control.
Mimikyu hides its true appearance out of fear of rejection. Similarly, Kaneki conceals his ghoul identity due to shame and fear.
Audino is gentle, supportive, and devoted to healing others, reflecting Kaneki’s innate kindness and desire to protect and help those around him.
Zorua survives by disguising itself as something else, much like Kaneki’s double life as both human and ghoul. Additionally, Pokédex entries describe Zorua as timid, which fits Kuro Kaneki’s reserved and anxious personality.
Togetic is associated with joy, purity, and bringing happiness to others, reflecting Kaneki’s innocence and gentle nature before his experience at Aogiri.
Shiro Kaneki
Gallade is a protector by nature, much like Shiro Kaneki, who still strives to protect the people he cares about despite everything he’s went through.
Centiskorch is pretty self-explanatory, symbolizing the torture Kaneki went through.
This might be a random pick, but some Pokédex entries say Meditite meditates nonstop to get stronger, to the point where it can actually lose focus. That feels similar to Kaneki, who keeps pushing himself to become stronger so he can protect his loved ones.
According to Pokédex entries, Scrafty may look rough and intimidating, but it's deeply loyal and caring toward its friends, family, and territory. This reflects Kaneki’s dual nature: ruthless and unforgiving toward his enemies, yet gentle and protective with those close to him.
Zoroark is known for its ability to create illusions and transform into other Pokémon, mirroring Kaneki’s struggle with his human and ghoul identities.
Weavile represents Kaneki’s cold, calculating side. Its speed and agility reflect his sharp reflexes, quick thinking, and lethal efficiency in combat.
