So I spend a surprising amount of time analyzing David and Rumple’s relationship because there are so many layers there. They have such an intense understanding. I’m not sure if it comes from the fact that Rumple truly ruined Charming’s life from day one, despite the positive outcome.

But whatever it is, it ties them together in such a specific way. They make easy deals. They seek counsel from each other. They tentatively trust each other when needed because they overlap in values.

So anyways, it’s an interesting dynamic and I love it.

Hook getting wrapped up with Rumple in season four was his own damn fault. The cocky jerk thought he could blackmail him; that's why he ended up in the situation he did. Rumple was going through what I call his well-deserved villain arc after dying, being caged, and losing his son. Oh, my bias is strong

They're genuinely so tragic from all seasons but from season 1-3 they just devastate me.

They're true love and constantly separated and then they're separated death my babies
