I want to scream, break glass, rip cloth, clench jaws, kick walls, and run and keep on running until I can’t run anymore. The thoughts in my head are churning like water does in the air during a hurricane. Slowly they intoxicated me, choke the air out of my lungs. They’re like a message in a bottle, except the bottle hasn’t been able to be pried open by anyone or anything that attempts. The poison seeps deeper and deeper into my vains and paralizing as it permiates through the dark corners. It seeks to feed, feed on the one and only thing it desires to eat; happiness is being devoured as if it was abundant and everlasting. Soon there will be nothing but the remains of an innocent feeling that was ravished by life itself. Why didn’t he just come out with his heart? Why didn’t he choose to let him feel the feelings. Why did he numb his heart unknowingly? All he really wanted was someone to love back as he loved those simple things that inspired his heart. The passion that once was has faded into a mound of ash composed of disillusion and vast emptiness.
