❝ SHOCKINGLY enough, I figured that much out for myself, ta. ❞ He lets out a grunt as she stumbles into his arms, off balance and giggling. He wasn’t sure HOW she had gotten so drunk in the short amount of time he’d left her alone, but she had and now he was left with a drunk and most-likely-going-to-be-difficult Rose. ❝ Come on, back to the TARDIS. I think you’ve had ENOUGH for one night. ❞ 

i’m drunk. she’d burst into a fit of uncontrollable giggles after confessing her ‘secret’ to him, collapsing against him in an unusual fit of clumsiness. wow, those hypervodkas sure did hit HARD &. fast. still, it was worth it for that lovely little floaty feeling that was rapidly spreading throughout her. now if she could only get the doctor to join her instead of raining on her parade...

huh. had he ALWAYS looked this good in that doctor-y ensemble of his? her breath hitches, fingers that HAD been clinging to his jacket lapel for balance now gliding down with a purpose.  “ ‘aven’t ‘ad enuff of you for one nigh’! ”  she says, &. it’s far LOUDER than it should be considering that it’s a come on &. the alien bar she’d wandered into wasn’t even that crowded.

He did this a lot, he’d talk fast and try to quickly skirt past the details he didn’t want her to focus in on. Which, naturally, only made Bill want to zero in on them more. Everyone was entitled to a private life, but with how much trust she put in his hands on a daily basis and how little he ever actually told her --- she felt it was only right to try to get some clarity at times. “ Who’s Clara ? Are you, like, day tripping to space with other students behind my back ? ”

                            the thing is, rose is fairly certain that his response came from a well meaning place. after all, he usually meant well even if he came across as a complete jackass at times. at least... that was what she was willing to allow him. some might call it the benefit of the doubt. regardless, it was still aggravating. ❝ oh, look at him, thinks he knows everythin ,❞ rose remarked while reading the screen in front of her, ❝ but still, i’m fairly certain you’re wrong this time. take a look. this doesn’t look right .❞
