Hey Vanessa! I have a running q. I saw a tumblr graphic that was explaining the proper form for running. Well it said your feet should land behind you instead of underneath and you should be leaning forward instead of up straight. When I do that, it sets too fast of a pace for the level I'm at. I want to have proper form, but I can only jog slowly at this point. Is there a proper form for slow beginner's jogging?
hmmm do you have this tumblr graphic anywhere? that quite honestly doesn’t sound correct at all to me (having your feet land behind you while also leaning forward). that actually seems like something that could cause injury! and make you fall over really easily hahah. there is most definitely a proper form for running - not just for beginners, but for all runners!
