Sometimes i forget that 6 miles is a really long way to run for most people. Never mind doing it in under an hour and finishing feeling good. Last week was a really hard running week for me. Shark week hit, I bled through a pair of leggings, i couldnt finish my long run due to heat sickness, things that normally feel easy. This week is really about getting out of my own head and letting myself fall in love again with the process. This run did that for me. For those of you who have a hard time running, remember this: THE FIRST MILE SUCKS. For EVERYONE. everything's cramping and weird.
