I am really bad at keeping this updated now. Mostly because I've almost we achieved what I set out to do at the beginning of the year. The aim was 2/3 stone, and so far I've lost 2st 6lbs. I want to try to get as close to 13st as possible but the pounds are fewer and far between at the mo. This week I tried to put together a before and after shot of my weightloss, but finding a full body before shot was almost impossible. So the above is the best you're gonna get. Running is going well. Broke 35minutes on my latest 5k and aiming for my next 10k in November.
