Two: My muse will get down on their knees for your muse
"Masaomi-kun… wait, stop right here…"
Erika reached for his hand and tugged him back to stop him. Her voice suddenly became so… serious. Her eyes were cast down at the ground and her body was tense, expression very pensive.
"A-ahh," she smiled then, slowly at first but eventually she raised her eyes to meet him, "Kida-kun… there’s something that I have to say."
Her chest puffed out, throwing her shoulders back, “I know that the two of us haven’t known each other long but I also know what kind of a person you really are. And I have always believed that if you know what kind of a person is and you accept them — all of them — then that means that they must be your soul mate.
"No one ever said that a couple has to be perfect. In fact, it’s better that it’s not perfect. What matters is that you understand that the other person has flaws and that you are willing to live with them. That’s what love is."
Erika reached into her bag for a little box, dropping down to her knees in front of him, “Please,” she opened the box, revealing a sparklingly beautiful, massive diamond ring, “Please… be my soul mate?”
Her eyes were watering, sobbing streams of tears down her face. Her chest shook a little, eagerly waiting for a response…
And in a second she snapped the box closed, stood up, grinned, and held up a thumb right in front of his face, “And that’s how you do it proper!”
