He waved off back to her, as she made her way through this small pocket of the world called Ikebukuro. He was pretty sure he had long pissed her off, though it was nice of her to hold back since he was new here. Maybe on a better day they could have a more pleasing conversation for both parties.

Feeling a bit sympathetic for the man as she was about to take off, the blonde glanced skyward and bit her lip in little to no resistance. She felt obligated to help this man, even though it might've been very well obvious that he didn't need her help. She sighed, placing a hand on her hip as she glanced back at him from her shoulder. "...Do you need any help? Like figuring out where to go?" God, she felt like an idiot.

Tilting his head to the side at your lack of observance at his implication, but responded “I felt called if you will to this city, I’ve not really rhyme or reason for my presence.” He thought about making an obvious comment back to her about it regarding both of there predicaments and being in the same city as Shizuo, but didn’t. “It does make it hard to find a job though, when one simply packs up and moves.” he feebly joked at himself.

She watched him carefully with narrowed eyes, pout still prominent as ever and she didn't like the way he worded things. "Right..." She trailed off, trying to think of what to say. "Well, welcome to Ikebukuro, I guess. I'm Shizuka Heiwajima, as you already know, and I'm a body guard for Tom Tanaka. Word to the wise try your best not to piss me off, and I hope you find a job." She waved a bit, not really sure of what else to say.
