Getting back after flu. Apparently you’re not supposed to run if the symptoms are below the neck. So that was two weeks off! …..it’s not easy though 🙄🏋🏽♀️ 6KM 32 mins….got to be ready for the 10KM at the weekend…
This was a during shot....the after shot looks like I should be in the hospital 😂 and it’s dark....all for the cause 🙄😂 at least it’s not freezing anymore and at least I could see a golf course. All good. Came home and raided the fridge! Now I need to go into a coma...
Thankfully his running shoes didn’t catch fire! 😳😂
Cadence, sore knees, cold and hills 😒🤨
Did the volunteer +1 ... it was good..
Don’t forget to breathe...
Many runners use the 2-2 or 3-3 technique to keep their breathing in check. I have tried but always seem to run out of breath, especially when I’m picking up speed. But I read this and, you know what...it’s pretty good. 3 inhale steps and 2 exhale means you exhale and land on alternate legs plus you get to fill your lungs right up. It’s pretty good! Tried it just now on my 4km recovery run and it felt great! Here’s the link to the page:
