So check it, I fell off a cliff at 18yo so I have a messed up buldged lower spine disk with leaked disk fluid nots through my lower back, which often cause me lower back issues. After springing, twisting or pulling my back into days of pain, I ended up doing what i did 3 weeks ago, which was "No Pain, No Gain", I decided to again go for a 10+ mile run thinking, mabye by putting my bodies muscles to work, it will help the lower back pain go away. And now today, I feel soooo much better Again!! :D <3 excersize and rest is the bodies cure to most issues as I have been learning :) though we are not machines, we can only try our best to healthyly feed, nurture and keep our bodies in shape.
