I've been terrible about keeping up to date with this guy. But truth be told, I've not been active much. That's gotta change.
I need to get back into the habit of running regularly. I'm hoping to get into lifting (I have a personal trainer appointment tomorrow night). I need to get cooking again.
I hope with the change of season will return my motivation...
As a side note: I'm running the DC Rock N Roll Half in 12 days. I'm not ready. I haven't been out since January. I know it won't be an easy race. But I WILL finish.
