i mean i think the only way suede would probably meet fraust at that point is when garon goes to the opera house in cyrkensia bc suede is. meant to be a guard dog as much as war machine. i wouldnt be surprised if ( since garon issued the hunt of the dancers / singers ) when suede was sent out himself, he wandered the streets instead and ran into fraust that way.

hed be apologetic because thats a noble he doesnt have a right to be snippy ( he knows what happens when he gets sharp tongued )

but it makes me curious as to how that would all go because suede doesnt ever get to leave the castle save for that one time and / or if he gets to told to follow kamui ( and ultimately get ordered to kill them but this is suede and hed be more focused on the fact hes out of the castle than anything and pretty much a ‘fuck you’ cause he wouldnt kill kamui )

     It doesn't take much strength to stifle the laugh that wants to make its way up Aldrik's throat at how Markus jumped from his hand. His gaze stays relatively soft, eyes half lidded as he looks upon the rider and continues to let his fingers card through the other's hair. Perhaps it was cute, seeing him freeze when he glances over his shoulder to look at the lord, noticing that he is indeed the one petting him. Part of the lord wants to disrupt this kind gesture with a swat of his cane. Another part says to keep peace for just a bit longer.

     "Good morning, Markus," His voice is deep purr when he speaks, the thumb of his hand stroking against the crown of Markus' head, "You seem well," A tiny quirk of his lip is given up, unnoticeable unless one squints. Not that the rider would see it since he shifted his gaze forward once more, but that wouldn’t stop the wyvern lord from leaning over the male's shoulder or stepping around him to look at him proper if he wanted to. And make Markus do so as well. His gloved hand shifts and slides his palm down the back of the man's head, fingers trailing over Markus' neck before settling into the curve of his shoulders. A gentle squeeze is given at the base of the man's neck, another hum from the lord's throat.

     "Accompany me this morning, will you?"

This man was dandy filled with fanatical ideas. Or dangerous. His shoulders slumped and a sigh left him. Either way, he didn’t care one way or another what kind of people Suede associated with. What he did care about, what made him frown with distaste, was how the Managarm didn’t need to involve him with his little playthings. Faust cocked his head to the side and pushed his cigar to the other corner of his lips. Still, he looked the general up and down, he’ll have to see what his mutt saw with this man. Could be of use.

“Pass,” He droned, huffing a stream of smoke out that lost its taste to him.

“Take Suede though.”

“Oh?” Valter chuckled, raising his eyebrows ever-so-slightly.

“I think there’s been some sort of misunderstanding... I’m pretty certain that WASN’T a request...!~” His grin grew like a crack steadily inching across a smooth plane of glass.

“You’re coming with me.”

     The silence and peace was nice, despite how long it lasts. Which isn't very. It's short lived and Lucien knew it was going to be but he wanted to try, to test his luck and see if perhaps Fraust would allow him a gesture as such. Seems the noble was wrong, violet eyes glancing down as he hears the leather protest when it's squeezed.

     He should've been faster when he moved.

     He wasn't.

     His stumble back is harsh, feet catching themselves and sending him to the floor. There's sharp pain everywhere: in his rear, his arms, his face. Gods his face hurt above all else. A scrunch of his nose, a hiss through his teeth and there's a telltale plip that resounds in his ears. Plip plip.

     "...?" Amaranthine gaze finds itself fixed on the floor, gloved fingers gripping against it at the sight of stark red against the glossed tile. Blood? Was that blood? His eyes widen slightly at the sight, fingers shifting to smear through the liquid on the floor. And then one hand lifts, touches against his lips and he can feel the wet warmth beneath the fabric. A bad move since now scarlet stains pure white, but Lucien doesn't care.

     "Hah," He breathes out, letting his fingers rove over bloody mouth and those wide purple eyes shift their gaze up to look at Fraust. Stare hard at him with raised eyebrows and sheer look of awe, "I always knew you were something else," He murmurs, blood dripping from his teeth as he speaks, "There was always something... different about you, Sir Fraust. And you just continue to prove me right, showing me just how special you are."

     Ah, how he’s missed him. Suede can’t count how long it’s been, but all that matters now is that Fraust was home. He's careful as he presses his cheek against his lord's, rubbing his face lightly against the other's. He can tell there's exhaustion within the noble's body, evident with how he hums and leans against him. The managarm is almost tempted to drag the man to chair or to his bed, to allow him rest from his return.

     But that single word gets him drawing his arms away, gently pressing his palms to Fraust's back to hold him up before the wolf slinks to the side.

     "Yessir," He's a little cheerful in his response, lips staying curved in his grin as he stands up straight with his tail wagging behind him, "How was your trip?"
