i have no idea wtf that anon was on about but I guess I can kind of see where you have to be careful with it??? like some people would take the opportunity to be like "I'm not a boy I'm a soft boy/molliboy" in a kind of 'not all men' way, and see it as like... being male but not as extremely or something? gomen I'm very bad at wording things but like as long as you still know you're a guy and a part of the Male Population and being a molliboy doesn't excuse that you should be fine I think???

Nah, yeah, I know! I'm a man and I will own up to anything that's fucked up that I do as a result of Gross Internalized Privilege. Saying I'm a soft boy is just for my own benefit. It makes me smile :)

And here we have the reason I haven't posted anything in so long!

I was commissioned by my friend Kitty to draw a birthday present for her sibling, my good friend Jack (Gorgonopsids). It features a group of their personas, who are having a 'birthday party'... secretly an intervention! Yeah I'm not creative. Kinda proving the point, they made another two personas while I was creating this... sigh.

Anyway, this was a very complicated but enjoyable commission! A spent a lot of time on this. I also added lots of details that mean something to him, or reference something. I really enjoyed it, and feel I'e pushed myself... with the trying to get a range of styles and maintain a level of detail the whole way through, as well as distance, textures, light sources, fur and skin, feathers, fabrics... I just did my best to really learn from this.

... still can't draw boobs tho

because you don’t have to be qualified to have kids, and they’re kind of shitty parents, and also mental illness isn’t considered as bad (unless it’s mum in which case she’s the most important person in the world)

Lets just hope that after surgery they will start to leave me alone and start getting camhs and meds for you sorted. (and I find it amusing that its too emotionally hard to watch me be put to sleep for surgery yet its easy to threaten your son and say he's gonna be sent away and then go and tell your daughter its her fault) Im literally asking a play specialist to come to surgery with me as she is such a wreck.
