most of all i think eso's portrayal of many historical figures that were rather underdeveloped prior to the game is really perfect, vanus galerion for example. and it adds a LOT of new things that are really really good

like of course eso builds on lore that wasn’t very thorough, but the fact that they can take things as basic as race relations and the existing course of the interregnum and overhaul/overlook them for the purpose of game mechanics (mechanics which they ended up restructuring ANYWAY with One Tamriel) just seems like lazy as heck

#rushmovingpictures #and yeah of course i know the argument that the lore exists to support the game #BUT that idea is true on a continuum of lore-first/game-first and it's clear the series is continuously pushing toward game-first #which is upsetting... to me #other people feel differently and i think i'm in the minority for sure which is fine haha

ESO was heretical in its treatment of the existing lore imo

tf do they want that number for. i pay $15 every month so i can contact my mom or grandma and get automated texts from my local pizza places

facebook and twitter say that it’s used for security where whenever someone logs into ur account you get a message and you can your friends on these sites via their number.

facebook however sells information about it’s users to marketeers and you can find many things out about your costumers via their phone number. you can see their connections, that you’re interested in pizzas for example with those automated texts so they can advertise you pizza
