Rushon Petite by Teranishi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan. I love the colors however it's a little harsh on Tomoe River Paper. The black ink turns green on the back side after a few weeks / months (I have a drawing in my 2017 that had it) and there are other people who told me the same thing.
