He thinks about George in the vestments of a priest – it isn’t such a stretch to go from the black of a Mercedes race suit to a cassock. He imagines him in a clerical collar, long fingers carefully sliding the band of white plastic into place at his throat. A surprisingly delicate movement for the strength he knows those fingers possess.'
