Russia has given the United States a list of conditions for resolving tensions
A lengthy message from Russia to the United States claimed that NATO and the United States had not responded to their main demands.
Moscow has warned that Russia could move forward to resolve the issue militarily and strategically, as no solution has been found to ensure security.
Russia has also given a list of its demands to the United States.
According to Al Jazeera, the list includes demands for a complete halt to arms supplies to Eastern Europe.
Weapons that have already been sent must be removed and any joint military exercises between Ukraine and NATO must be stopped.
All foreign troops and military trainers in Ukraine must leave Ukraine.
Russia's main demand, meanwhile, is for the United States and NATO to ensure that NATO never joins Ukraine. NATO will not expand their reach in Eastern Europe.
