As a historical costumer who is also a fan of the fantasy and science fantasy genres, I’ve never felt more seen. Every time someone refers to an 18th century piece as “Victorian”, a part of me dies. Every time someone spreads lies about corsetry, I want to throw hands. Every time someone says “you MADE that? It looks like a machine did it!” I feel the fury of a thousand Luddites even though I know they meant it as a compliment, but I did not obsess over this for MONTHS just for my exquisite hand stitching to be compared to a clunky, soulless machine. This is the same gunslinger who went around with Wyatt Earp in the Old West. Instead of dying of tuberculosis as recorded, he bargains for immortality and then gets trapped in a well for over a century. So I say his traveling takes a long time but he does go from the 1880s to present day with no real experiences between. He’s an absolute hoot and brings the Western vibe to the modern scifi drama.

Ambessa Medarda (Arcane)

Problematic because: "Ambessa has been a warlord for decades before she even first appears in Arcane, so probably has the highest kill count of anyone in the show. She explicitly says she showed up at Piltover because she heard about Hextech and wanted to use it for her own gain, despite the fact that the creators of it didn't want it to be used for selfish purposes. It was also revealed that she had exiled her daughter, Mel, to Piltover because Mel was her weak spot but she didn't tell Mel and Mel assumed it was because Ambessa thought of her as a failure. She staged a hostile takeover by first manipulating one of the Councilors into thinking she'd help him gain more power so he'd help her and she could leave him in the dust once she was done with him. Also manipulated Caitlyn, who had just lost her mother when a rocket was launched at the building she was in, and Vi, whom she had grown very close to in a very short time but who didn't agree with how Caitlyn was acting because her grief and anger was directed toward Jinx, whom she wanted to kill, into helping her because the Kiramman family is one of the most powerful and rich in Piltover so she could use their resources. Had one of her soldiers pretend to not know who Ambessa was and sleep with Caitlyn to keep track of if she was actually aligned with Ambessa or turning against her. Extra fucked up because, again, Caitlyn had just had a falling out with Vi, whom she kissed for the first time only a short while before joining Ambessa. Tying back to the rocket launch, which Jinx was responsible for, Ambessa encouraged her army and the enforcers, whom Caitlyn was in charge of, to harass and threaten anyone they thought even looked like a Jinx sympathizer so they could find her. Also used a man who had been unethically experimented on and been turned mostly into a beast, but who had a possibility of being somewhat human again and return to his adopted daughters, Jinx and Vi, to power up Viktor, and erase all chance at helping Vander. In doing that was indirectly responsible for multiple deaths, including a young girl's, Isha. And, last but not least, disabled Caitlyn by slashing her eye with a knife." Propaganda: "Ambessa is a character that I would never agree with but whose willpower, ruthlessness and smarts are so impressive that she is such a treat to watch. It's so rare to see a woman, especially a woman of color, be so intimidating, because she's over 6 feet tall and has gigantic muscles, but also understand where she's coming from, because she's fiercely protective of her family and it's her main drive. RIP Ambessa, you were fun to hate."

I personally believe she was planning to kill Otacon too but changed her mind at the last minute because she didn’t want to make his adopted daughter sad because oh no… she’s just like me when I was her age… am I just perpetuating the same cycle that destroyed my life and my family? (Like, yes, which is why she has decided she is also one of the people she needs to wipe the slate clean of. Never let anyone say she’s not committed. She’s dying anyway.) Also she double-crosses the double-crosser-in-chief himself."
