1 coat of Nicole by OPI “Seriously Citrus” over 2 coats of OPI “Russian Navy.” Russian Navy is a midnight blue with blue, pink, and purple shimmer from the Fall 2007 Russian collection. Seriously Citrus is from the Spring 2015 Coca-Cola collection and has a clear base with a mix of white, light lime green, cerulean, emerald green, and light blue medium, small, and tiny hex glitter.
