Bio: Kuzya showed up at the entrance to the library in the fall of 2012, and soon won the hearts of staff and patrons alike. Due to the laws in Russia, he had to get a special cat passport and some other documentation before being allowed to be employed in such a public environment
He started out having the official title of “pet”, but his success at bringing in more patrons soon rose him up the ranks to “assistant librarian”, which meant an increase in his salary to 30 packs of cat food a month as well as bonuses of cat treats.
Naturally, being now an assistant librarian, he’s required to look dapper and professional on the job, hence the bow tie.
