Had to wait for the bakery to open today so I could buy fresh-baked #RussianRye and #sourdough #bread to eat with the smoky sprats I got last nite! I ❤️ slicing my own bread, only slicing what I plan to eat, so the baker was surprised I refused to get the loaves sliced! 😂 I ❤️ the simple meal of fish on bread paired with a nice glass of 🍷!The 1st loaf got squished in my backpack coz I had other groceries in there, it was perfectly oblong in the shop! 😏 #latepost #simplepleasures #orgasmicmouthfeel

Revived my #sourdough starter from a puddle of acidic mess to something viable. Haven't made #bread in about 6 months! Made some #russianrye #seededbread with #pumpkinseeds and #sunflowerseeds. V good wiith mushroom pate. Recipe from #breadmatters. #crustpunk
