well there are a couple of differences in the dress’ design
Nero’s ack is open, leaving it v difficult to have a zipper around because it’ll lose its form super easy. plus the sides don’t like to connect well with the bodice and then there are the pantsu. and the collar. fuck that thing. and the sword. stupid fucking aestus estus.

here saber’s back is completely closed so it’s easier to have it connect to the bodice, the collar and the skirt. and then the front isn’t, yknow, see through. and the sword is much easier to make too because the construction is essentially just a western style blade with little bedazzle wheeoos to make it all fancy and excalibur-y.
