@mission_blue Storm Urduja had just passed Palawan from North of Coron exiting the west covering San Vicente where I stay here at Port Barton it’s local barangay. The water never rised to the sea wall of the resort but the view of the bay aftermath was saddening. PLASTICS everywhere.. so for the first time I did what I need to do at that very moment where I was right on spot I SAW WHAT WAS NECESSARY- PLASTICS MUST NOT GO BACK TO THE SEA... I litterally picked rubbish piece by piece hand by hand from diapers, sanitary napkins, socks, shirts, plastic bags were plenty, sachets of soap, shampoo, food snacks. Sometimes I need to dig the plastic with a wood stick from the sand which is kind of fun as I got into the dirt and sand. Not withstanding am already not feeling well due to asthma attacks from inclement weather (mag drive ka ba naman ng motor sa ulan for straigth hour up and down the hill and rough mudy road)aaaaaah.... for the first time I felt accomplished... I did something for the mother ocean... am a happy beachbum! #certifiedbeachbum #rusticisland #iphonephotography #nofilter #TYL #selah (at Port BARTON Palawan Philippinnes)
