• Albert hides him in a basement or inside an old furnace or something that makes sense for a modern (ish) home that is not used anymore

Pretty good ideas

I think he'd be trapped in the basement or maybe the attic. A shed is pretty believable too tho bc it's less likely to be discovered. Depending on the hours emaybe a cellar.
