Blurb: Anthony Peardew has spent half his life collecting lost objects, trying to atone for a promise broken many years before. Realising he is running out of time, he leaves his house and all its lost treasures to his assistant Laura, the one person he can trust to reunite the thousands of objects with their rightful owners. But the final wishes of the 'Keeper of Lost Things' have unforeseen repercussions which trigger a most serendipitous series of encounters...
Review: It took me a little while to get into this as there are two stories running concurrently which I found a bit distracting at first but the way they link throughout is perfect. It was predictable that they would be related and there are clues sprinkled through and then when you work out what's going to happen it's exciting. It made me sob like a baby at the end (it's not really sad but i'm an emotional wreck haha) and it was just altogether heart warming but captivating and after a few chapters I really couldn't put it down.
