The world has been saved and everyone is at peace. Well...Everyone except for Netto. But when he discovers Enzan is on a secret case tracking a powerful net-entity, Netto can't help but get involved. After drawing the monster's wrath, the net-entity grants Rockman his deepest desire, but at a steep price. Now Rockman and Netto have to figure out the mystery behind Torishima Island and undo their curse before it's too late.
