Ok what are the odds that Evan’s post today was referencing that one “Hey” reprise in the musical for Bughead? I kinda hate that it’s the musical episode that they might come back, but maybe it’s the most poignant way to do it.

it's been my personal guess that bughead will sing hey/perfect for you (reprise) because the lyrics fit them to a tee, and i still think that. evan's hint just made me think that even more.

listen, with riverdale, you gotta take what you can get. i am sure there are a hundred better fics than what's canon gonna be. just be happy if that's what happens!

People think it’s Jackson that’s dying?

he might die since the actor stopped recording around ep16/17, but i seriously doubt they would have a musical episode dedicated to his death, and if you take a look at the musical plot, it’s very aligned with what the coopers’ are going through. so i think that this is about polly. but pure speculation, though, it just makes sense to me (especially with lili’s emojis and all).

I don’t get why everyone is assuming a J/T duet all of a sudden? People are attributing it to the song Erinn put in her story but that’s not a song from the musical, lol. I suppose it’s a possibility they would sing together but what’s with the sudden stress about this? Concern trolling or what.

considering i haven't seen anyone saying anything about this except the token ba optimist friend in my inbox, i think it's safe to say it's just the usual trolling.

we don't know anything about the musical for sure except:

1) it's next to normal, a musical centered around the loss of a family member and mental health issues/trauma

2) it's episode 518

3) lili will sing

4) erin will sing

5) cami will sing

6) kj and cami shot a scene in the andrews kitchen

7) there's a group scene in the wyrm

8) casey and lili possibly shot a scene

9) tiera has been shooting

10) vanessa and madelaine also shot some scenes

11) charles, kj, mads and drew were filming what looked like a funeral

that's all we know so far for sure, everything else is speculation. we don't know anything about duets, who's signing with who, what's going to happen, who's going to die, etc.

I think this epi if it’s a funeral will lead to some revelations re bh/va and maybe some big decisions?

i think you’re onto something but i don’t wanna make big predictions when we know basically nothing about the rest of the season lol so let’s wait until we get any more info!
